The SAA now makes it very easy to plan and carry out your class reunion.

1.     SAA will provide your planning committee with a class list with contact information.
2.     SAA will reach your classmates by email, regular mail* and/or automated phone message.**
3.     SAA will provide a webpage for your class reunion to collect RSVPs and/or payments.
4.     SAA will provide you with a conference call line so your member of the committee can meet remotely.
5.   SAA will open a bank account for your class.

* USPS charges $0.45 per mailed postcard.

Getting  Started:

1.     Send the SAA the name and address of the Committee member that will be in charge of communications.
2.     We will provide you with a link to a secure online list of your class contact information.  You will be able to update it as you see fit.
3.     Send us the message you want to send to your classmates and let us know whether you want to reach them by email, mail and/or phone.  We will send the message to the most updated version of your list.

Collecting Reunion Payments from your Classmates

We will provide a website address to include in the communications where your classmates will be able to register and pay for the reunion.  A designated committee member with have access to the registration information and data on the SAA website. Once the funds are collected we will send a transfer of funds to the class bank account, committee or the appropriate payee.

 The website will have a form to collect payments.

Three Ways We Can Reach Your Classmates For You:

1.    Customized Mass email to all of your Classmates  (Free through our website)
Send us the message that you want your classmates to receive, and we will send it to the most updated contact information on the Class Excel sheet updated by your Committee.

2.    Automated Regular USPS Mail ($0.45/per classmate)
Send us the message that you want your classmates to receive, and we will send it to the most updated contact information on the Class Excel sheet updated by your Committee.

3.    Automated Phone Message ($0.35 per message)
We will provide you with a phone number  to record your personal message. We will then  take care of delivering the message to your classmates.
